You will:
e Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
e Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the
hiring process.
e Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
e Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities & events.
e Update the relevant HR information database on a timely & accurate manner.
e Assisting with training & development.
e Assisting with performance management.
¢ ~=Perform any other HR and Admin tasks or duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skills:
e Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management
e Minimum of 6 years work of post qualifying experience in Human Resources department. Preferably
in IT or Technology Organization.
e Excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupled with good inter-personal skills
e Highly motivated, flexible & able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience
