Visual Merchandiser
Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd is a leading presence in the e-commerce and retail sector, specializing in fashion. We are the proud creators of two distinct fashion brands, BE DESI and BE DAPPER, renowned for their style and quality. We are currently seeking a creative and talented visual merchandisers for promote BE DESI & BE DAPPER brands.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute visually compelling displays and layouts that align with the company brand image and target audience.
- Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing, well-organized, and in line with current trends.
- Utilize effective space management techniques to optimize product placement and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising standards and provide guidance to store teams on maintaining consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop signage and graphics that effectively convey promotional messages and brand identity.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, space planning, and product presentation.
- Strong understanding of current fashion, design, and retail trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.

About the role
📌 Previous experience in fashion clothing showroom is an added advantage.
📌 Age between (20 - 40)
📌Minimum GCE O/L
📌 Excellent communication skills
📌Self-motivated and highly organized
📌Able to brainstorm and create new approaches to selling
📌Have a proactive approach in customer service
📌Work in a team based environment
📌 Time: 9.00 am to 8 pm Working on Friday, Saturday,Sunday Mandatory
📌 Salary: Rs.40,000/- - 50,000/- (for 25 working days)
📌 Benefits : Lunch provided + Commissions
