We value inclusion<br/>and encourage you to bring your whole self to work; all of the things that make you who you are.<br/>You will:<br/>e Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.<br/>e Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the<br/>hiring process.<br/>e Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.<br/>e Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities & events.<br/>e Update the relevant HR information database on a timely & accurate manner.<br/>e Assisting with training & development.<br/>e Assisting with performance management.<br/>¢ ~=Perform any other HR and Admin tasks or duties as assigned.<br/>Mandatory Skills:<br/>e Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management<br/>e Minimum of 6 years work of post qualifying experience in Human Resources department.
