Main Responsibilities

Digital marketing initiatives: The implementation, ongoing development and enhancement, oversight, and management of the following.

  • Public websites
    • Manage content and development for the English versions of client websites and coordinate with client analysts with different foreign language versions as required
    • Manage day-to-day relationships and oversight for external agency resources
    • Produce monthly site tracking reports
  • Digital marketing campaign support
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Sales to build web pages and digital marketing support using content management tools in an interactive HTML format for marketing initiatives
  • HTML e-mail campaigns
    • Use centralized e-mail system synced with our contact lists in SalesForce.com
    • Set up e-mail templates for ongoing campaigns
    • Tracking and reporting
  • Social media
    • SEO/SEM for page optimization for both organic and paid search support
  • Webcasts
    • Support webcast reservations and events
    • Tracking and reporting
  • Research
    • Research changes in business and technology as they relate to all client businesses
    • Make recommendations for changes/alterations to the current digital marketing platform used by the business
    • Supply insight to senior management for strategic planning and reporting purposes
  • Supervisory
    • Oversee required monthly materials expiration process for web-related assets for client sites
    • Perform compliance review activities for web assets
    • Train other staff members when required to use digital tools and drive adoption through the organization

 

Required background

  • Experience in a marketing/business intelligence environment

  • Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Sitecore/Amaxus/WordPress/TeamSite, etc.)

  • A high level of experience working with analytical software (e.g., Google Analytics/WebTrekk etc.)

  • A high level of experience working with e-mail marketing software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Exact Target, Eloqua, etc.)

  • A high level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Microsoft Excel

  • A high level of experience working with Google AdWords and other paid search platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for generating client reports and presentations

  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives

  • A high level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including natural and paid search, e-mail, affiliate, display, and social

  • Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g., Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimize, Maximizer, etc.

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management will be an advantage

  • A strong work ethic with good attention to detail

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
