HR Assistant

 

HR Assistant will be responsible for;

  • Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining    stationaries.
  • ISO Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations..
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Maintain headcount report on a monthly basis
  • Input leave applications to the system and update daily attendance records.
  • Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
  • Maintaining employee personal files.  

 

Requirements;

 

  • Diploma/Certificate in HR or Business Management from a recognized institute 
  • Minimum 01 year experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Age below 26 years
  • Should be able to multi task and work under pressure
