Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience with at least 6-8 years in a Senior Manager position OR 6-8 years in a Retail Sales organization with at least 4-6 years in a Leadership position
- Demonstrated experience and/or involvement in setting up new ventures
- Business acumen with the ability to manage transactional as well as dynamic sales teams
- Familiarity and/or comfort with Sales activities/targets
- Prior experience in managing Divisional (or Unit) Profit & Loss OR a Profit Centre
