We are seeking for a passionate, experienced and committed individual to join us as the Assistant Manager/
Senior Executive —- Human Resources for Human Resource Team at Abans Finance PLC
The Role
As the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Human Resources, you are responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective
candidates for open positions. Also, you should conduct interviews and shortlist the qualified candidates to the HODs. In
addition, you are required to overlook the general administrative work such as employee insurance scheme, corporate mobile
connection network and outsource cadre staff. You must demonstrate being self directed, resourceful and creative, able to
manage time and work autonomously and ability to work on your own initiative with drive and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process
* Liaise with relevant departments and ensure the smooth execution of the employee onboarding process
* Responsible in assisting the JD preparations, job mapping /planning
* Improve work relationships and employee engagement
* Organizing company events and engagement activities
* Responsible to manage selective administration functions and activities
Key Requirements
* Abachelor degree in Human Resources/Business Management and/or a professional qualification in HRM
* 02 -03 years experience in similar role
* Good knowledge in labour legislation
* Having a pleasing personality and willingness to work long hours when required
¢ Ability to work under pressure, work effectively and maintain confidentiality
* Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS office package
* Prior experience in the Finance industry would be an added advantage
