Also, you should conduct interviews and shortlist the qualified candidates to the HODs. In<br/>addition, you are required to overlook the general administrative work such as employee insurance scheme, corporate mobile<br/>connection network and outsource cadre staff. You must demonstrate being self directed, resourceful and creative, able to<br/>manage time and work autonomously and ability to work on your own initiative with drive and enthusiasm.<br/>Key Responsibilities<br/>* Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process<br/>* Liaise with relevant departments and ensure the smooth execution of the employee onboarding process<br/>* Responsible in assisting the JD preparations, job mapping /planning<br/>* Improve work relationships and employee engagement<br/>* Organizing company events and engagement activities<br/>* Responsible to manage selective administration functions and activities<br/>Key Requirements<br/>* Abachelor degree in Human Resources/Business Management and/or a professional qualification in HRM<br/>* 02 -03 years experience in similar role<br/>* Good knowledge in labour legislation<br/>* Having a pleasing personality and willingness to work long hours when required<br/>¢ Ability to work under pressure, work effectively and maintain confidentiality<br/>* Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS office package<br/>* Prior experience in the Finance industry would be an added advantage<br/>An attractive remuneration package await the selected candidate.<br/><br/></p>
