Ticketing Executive

Provide advice on travel destinations, options, be able to offer accurate and effective fares etc.
Arrange travel for business and vacation customers.
Determine customers’ needs and prefer- ences, such as schedules and costs.
Plan and arrange complete tour packag- es, excursions, and day trips as per customer’s needs and budget.
Be able to work extended hours, during holidays to cater to customer needs and inquiries
Follow-up on outstanding payments.
To handle re-booking, re-routing and refunds.
To be able to work closely with the other departments to ensure smooth function of the department.
