Required Qualifications;

• IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservation.

• Experience in BSP ticket issues, EMD, re-issues and Refunds (BSP & GDS).

• Minimum 2 Years experience in similar position or related.

• Having an own Customer base will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Age below 35 Years
