The eligibility criteria for this position would be as follows. Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. 3-4 years of experience in IT Systems/Technologies. Through knowledge and hands on experience in any of following CRM products- Siebel CRM/Microsoft Dynamics /Sales force.com.
