Lex Duco is a forefront design and build solution provider to up market Clientele. Key features of the product which are empowered by Pre-Programmed Operational Procedures (PPOPs) are “Design to Cost”, “Lump sum Fixed price Contract sum”, “Triple Quality Check (TQC)” and “Quality Ensuring System (QES).

Labor Sourcing as a separate function will most likely continue, and the sourcing role will continue to develop as a challenging and unique profession who can duly follow the instructions of the company, save money and maintain the rates compatibly to the market with following. 

Requirements:

• Age between 25-40 years
• A diploma for relative to construction will be an additional advantage (Civil construction & Q.S)
• Minimum 3-4 Years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge in word, excel, e-mail
• Good command of oral & good knowledge in sourcing, negating skill and monitoring.
• valid riding license
