Requirements:
► Pre-requisite qualities to develop and lead a workshop team
► Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
► A proven track record in heading a workshop/service unit and managing its profitability
► Computer literacy and ability to converse in English
Role:
The incumbent is responsible for effectively managing the workshop unit whilst ensuring that the expected quality of service is being delivered to customers through proper coordination/supervision of the workshop team and the strict monitoring of services/repair processes at the workshop.
