Qualifications and experience

• Professional Qualification in Training or relevant qualification
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Trainer
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS office

Job Role

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
• Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
• Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors to conduct TNA’s to identify the Training Needs.

• Very good leadership skills
