Our perfect Senior Operations Analyst is a motivated multi-tasker who enjoys a blend of business operations and technical responsibilities. You will be involved in a variety of day to day operational activities as well as project owner for product improvement initiatives. Every day is fast paced so quick decision making, task execution and time management skills are critical for success. You will be THE go-to person for all operations items.

5+ years experience in a customer support/client facing role.

2 + years SQL script writing with a preference for advanced SQL skills including cursor creation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Have excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills.

Able to quickly analyze complex data and make sound decisions and execute action steps needed.

Have a track record of finding ways to complete work more quickly without sacrificing quality.

Strong passion for delivering superior results with great speed.

It’d be a great bonus if you have experience leading process improvement projects from beginning to end.
