Our perfect Senior Operations Analyst is a motivated multi-tasker who enjoys a blend of business operations and technical responsibilities.  You will be involved in a variety of day to day operational activities as well as project owner for product improvement initiatives.  Every day is fast paced so quick decision making, task execution and time management skills are critical for success.  You will be THE go-to person for all operations items.

What You Will Contribute

  • Develop subject matter expertise on utility billing processes and new market initiatives.  Research complex system or process problems and identify solutions.

 

  • Perform a variety of business related work including execution of daily operational tasks as well as business analysis and ownership of continued process improvement initiatives.

 

  • Champion engineering projects targeted to increase billing and transaction timeliness and improve overall product value to better support client goals.

 

  • Maintain a strong relationship with manager and executive level client contacts and provide guidance and advice as new business opportunities arise.

 

  • Document new operational procedures to adapt to new or revised market guidelines or changing client needs.

 

Who You are:

What we Require:

  • Position type: FULL TIME, 40 hours/week.  Please do not apply unless you are able to commit to a full time 40 hour work week,

 

What we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer support/client facing role.

  • 2 + years SQL script writing with a preference for advanced SQL skills including cursor creation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Have excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills.

  • Able to quickly analyze complex data and make sound decisions and execute action steps needed.

  • Have a track record of finding ways to complete work more quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Strong passion for delivering superior results with great speed.

  • It’d be a great bonus if you have experience leading process improvement projects from beginning to end.
