Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated successful stakeholder management experience.
  • ​Partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand and define hiring needs and goals. Partner with Hiring Managers to design effective and calibrated interview processes.
  • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire).
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.
  • Experience in producing business orientated management dashboards and interpreting this to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Subject matter expertise, knowledge of local recruitment practices along with the ability to use market intelligence and analyse market trends to provide insights to clients.
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
  • Track record of managing complex, high-profile full cycle recruitment projects and multiple campaigns.
  • Seek out, develop, and execute new and innovative sourcing strategies Continuing to develop the candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods including direct applicants, employee referrals, social media and use of agencies when appropriate.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within schedule.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Active strategic contribution in employer brand building and Employee Value Proposition initiatives.
  • Act as the external-facing eyes and ears for other internally focused HR and business groups; actively collecting, interpreting, and distributing useful market data and intelligence.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills

  • A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic recruitment in a similar capacity within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record with staffing large number of roles in short timeframes within fast-paced organizations.
  • Prior experience working at an executive search firm or heading a recruitment function in a company is strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and budget management.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Highly competent in producing informative dashboards and management analytics
  • Supervisory and management skills, ability to manage a pool of recruiters.
  • Broad knowledge of technology and finance industries is desired, but not required.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and work independently.
  • Analytically minded, metrics driven, organized approach to recruiting.
  • Strong client relationship building and networking abilities.
  • Aptitude and interest for learning new businesses and technologies.
  • Proven capability to develop and execute high quality recruiting programs and operational processes.
  • Proven track record for building and supporting high growth, high performing teams in a fast paced environment.
