Be a person of 30 to 35 years of age Have a professional qualification in HRM from a recognized professional body or a degree in the related field. A degree in law will be an additional qualification. Independently set up the HR functions including recruitments, compliance with labour regulations, motivate the work force to achieve higher productivity. Have minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in overall HR functions at senior level and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
