You should possess a Degree/Diploma in HR with a minimum of 2 years work experience in
a similar capacity. Prior experience in Employee Relation in apparel manufacturing
environment would be an added advantage. You should possess the ability to build strong
professional relationships and to communicate effectively with any level in the organization
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to assist your
employees to higher levels of performance. Further you should be able to perform under
pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
