Job Title:- Senior Executive PMS

Our Client is a Sri Lankan diversified business conglomerate covering all spectrums of industries. It has prospered expanding its reach and touching lives of people local and international being the preferred choice across Power & Energy, Consumer retailing, Industrial, service, Hospitality and Education sectors.

 

Qualifications and experience:-

Education Background:

  • Should possess a degree specialized in HR from a recognized university/institute or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years overall experience in the field of HR with at least 02 years’ experience in similar position with considerable exposure to Performance Evaluation process and practices in large Organization is a must.

Job Role:-

  • Implementing the PMS policy and following the processes laid out
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines set for the PMS process both at Corporate and SBUs
  • Manage the communication related to PMS between Corporate and SBUs
  • Follow-up with SBUs and corporate to ensure goal-setting process is completed
  • Collect the data across Corporate and SBUs and assist in
  • Creating the Normalized bell curves for Corporate & SBUs
  • Identifying the learning and development needs
  • Identification of HI Pots

Personal Attributes and skills:-

  • Should be 25-30 years
