Our Client  is a leading diversified company in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a degree in Information Technology with a background in HR
• Minimum of 02 years of work experience in HR with HRIS exposure or in an HRIS service providing company in a business analyst or similar capacity.

Job Role

• Supporting the implementation of the new HRIS.
• Acting as the HRIS Administrator once the system is fully implemented
• Enabling HR Analytics
• Supporting Head Learning and Organization Development to roll out Group learning initiatives.
• Supporting the Mercantile Sports activities of Hamas in a team manager capacity.
