As a result of our continued success and rapidly growing business in the enterprise segment, we have a need for the below mentioned cadres to manage, implement and support some of our projects and accounts involving world-class technologies and solutions.
SALES EXECUTIVES FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SUPPORT GROUP
- Independently prospect, DMSE’s existing customer base while reaching out to new /fresh customers (Banking / Finance / Insurance)
- Assist customers to select appropriate solutions in the most cost effective manner, which gives them a competitive edge.
- Able to understand and apply features and specifications of products to the benefit of customers.
- Absolutely sincere towards the customers cause and ensure a win-win outcome all times.
- Agree to specific sales quota / targets and achieve them.
Candidates for the above should possess………
- GCE A/L as a minimum whilst higher education and professional qualifications in marketing would be a distinct advantage.
- Basic knowledge of IT and preferably a formal education to back it (not mandatory for the correct candidate).
- Must have strong desire to self- learn and explore emerging technologies, competitor products and Industry standards.
- Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must.
- Speaking skills in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Must be an excellent team player that values ethical and an open working culture.
- Prior sales experience and skills in marketing IT related solutions (At least 5 years)
- Exhibit inquisitiveness.
- Ability to keep a close and professional relationship with business unit managers at customer sites.
- Ability to relate to customer’s (Banking / Finance / Insurance ) business and keep upto date with the innovations happening in each of those businesses.
- Ability to pick up customer’s hidden needs through regular scheduled meetings.
- Courage to call up, setup appointments and meet new customers.
