As a result of our continued success and rapidly growing business in the financial services and enterprise segment, we have a need for the below mentioned cadres to manage and support our customers in the banking and financial services sector.

 

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS - FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS GROUP

  • Manage and build relationships with key personnel at leading banks and financial institutions in Sri Lanka.
  • Manager relationships with the C level and business heads of all the departments at named accounts.
  • Constantly poll the accounts and be in touch with the business heads and sniff out opportunities / customer needs related to banking and financial solutions.
  • Co-ordinate with the relevant teams within DMSE and the customers departments heads when responding to RFPs.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and customers teams in organizing knowledge sharing session in terms of solutions as per the customers needs.
  • Absolutely sincere towards the customers cause and ensure a win-win outcome at all times.
  • Respond to sales quote requests in a timely manner and follow up.
  • Position and introduce new solutions to the CXO level

 

Candidates for the above should possess………

  • Should have GCE A/L and professional qualifications in marketing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of IT with relevance to Banking and Finance sectors is a must.
  • Must have the very good speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Must be an excellent team player that values ethical and an open working culture.
  • Must be open to learn and grasp key IT technology trends, solutions and architectures relevant to large enterprises and discuss such solutions with the customers confidently.
  • Exhibit inquisitiveness and charisma to confidently engage in meetings  with customers to win confidence and acceptance.
  • Should be able to coordinate between internal teams and customers teams effectively.
  • Should have at least 8 years experience in providing solutions to financial institutions.
