<p>We are the leader and choice amongst most organizations who, depend on IT and related equipment to run their business and seeking peace of mind.</p> <p>We are authorized and certified to support and service many of the world’s leading ICT brands such as HP, VMware, Microsoft, Symantec, Plantronics, Ingenico, Thales, Aspect, Citrix, Oracle and a host of other “best-of-breed” products.</p> <p>As a result of our continued success and rapidly growing business in the financial services and enterprise segment, we have a need for the below mentioned cadres to manage and support our customers in the banking and financial services sector.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS - FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS GROUP</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manage and build relationships with key personnel at leading banks and financial institutions in Sri Lanka.</strong></li> <li><strong>Manager relationships with the C level and business heads of all the departments at named accounts.</strong></li> <li><strong>Constantly poll the accounts and be in touch with the business heads and sniff out opportunities / customer needs related to banking and financial solutions.</strong></li> <li><strong>Co-ordinate with the relevant teams within DMSE and the customers departments heads when responding to RFPs. </strong></li> <li><strong>Co-ordinate with internal teams and customers teams in organizing knowledge sharing session in terms of solutions as per the customers needs.</strong></li> <li><strong>Absolutely sincere towards the customers cause and ensure a win-win outcome at all times.</strong></li> <li><strong>Respond to sales quote requests in a timely manner and follow up.</strong></li> <li><strong>Position and introduce new solutions to the CXO level</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Candidates for the above should possess………</strong></p> <ul> <li>Should have GCE A/L and professional qualifications in marketing would be a distinct advantage.</li> <li>Knowledge of IT with relevance to Banking and Finance sectors is a must.</li> <li>Must have the very good speaking and writing skills in English.</li> <li>Must be an excellent team player that values ethical and an open working culture.</li> <li>Must be open to learn and grasp key IT technology trends, solutions and architectures relevant to large enterprises and discuss such solutions with the customers confidently.</li> <li>Exhibit inquisitiveness and charisma to confidently engage in meetings  with customers to win confidence and acceptance.</li> <li>Should be able to coordinate between internal teams and customers teams effectively.</li> <li>Should have at least 8 years experience in providing solutions to financial institutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
