Role of Human Resource Manager (Wild Coast Lodge)

The selected candidate will be responsible for all functions of human resource department of the new resort Wild Coast Lodge. This position, as the head of the department, will lead a team of Human Resource Professionals to provide caring service for not less than 100 colleagues including the team of managers of the resort, align human resource strategies with business strategies to meet organizational objectives, and assist the general management to increase the operational efficiency through HR interventions.
