The Job
- ·Managing and leading the entire recruitment processors of the Sales Force within given constraints
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external parties for better results
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity/job functions in organizing and executing productive mass recruitment campaigns.
- A Degree or equal educational qualifications from a recognized University/Institution
- Excellent communication skills both in Sinhala and Tamil is essential and fluent in English
Candidate having professional qualifications in HR, Project Management, Mass Media and Marketing would be an added advantage.
