We are looking for an active and effective Individual to join one of our Leading Company as a Recruitment Consultant.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree or a professional qualification in HR
  • Should be able to communicate in English fluently
  • Minimum 1-2 years experince in HR field 

Job Role

  • Candidate will be responsible to filter, screen and schedule candidates for clients according to their requirements. 
  • Directly dealing with the clients and will be required to make sure all the vacancies assigned has to be closed within the assigned time period.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
  • headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.

Personal Attributes and skills

  • Good IT literacy skills
  • Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
  • Energetic 
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
