Qualifications and experience
- Degree or a professional qualification in HR
- Should be able to communicate in English fluently
- Minimum 1-2 years experince in HR field
Job Role
- Candidate will be responsible to filter, screen and schedule candidates for clients according to their requirements.
- Directly dealing with the clients and will be required to make sure all the vacancies assigned has to be closed within the assigned time period.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
- headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
Personal Attributes and skills
- Good IT literacy skills
- Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
- Energetic
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
