Project Operation Lead

The Project Operations Lead, will provide strategic leadership and overall guidance & direction to the project teams in the implementation and achievement of the Emergency Response Program goals & objectives. He/She will manage multiple partners and ensure quality programming & standards, staffing requirements, effective budgeting and resource management and ensure that policies are adhered to and correspond to the standards set by the grant agreement and/World Vision Lanka (WVL) policies and procedures.
