Operations Manager – Payment Solutions

 

Your role ...

* Manage the engineering support teams handling Kiosks, Payment solutions, payment security solutions and repair center operations.

* Co-ordination with sales team to align the support mechanism for all sales made.

* Maintain and exceed support level with existing customers.

* Maintain relationship with existing customers and manage the technical teams issues.

* Expand the existing engineering product / services offering.

* Maintain relationship with overseas counterparts of the products that are being supported.

* Manager day to day activities involving internal operations need to support existing customers.

* Provide leadership to the teams and uplift morale of the teams on continuous basis.

* Manage the teams in the billing and collections activities.

* Bring improvements to the current operations processes and methodologies.

* Maintain and update maintenance contracts with existing and new customers.

Requirements…

  • Minimum A/L. ( Preference will be given to graduates.)
  • Good communication skills (English speaking and writing  is a must ) and ability to grasp technical concepts.
  • Honest and pleasing personality.
  • Result-oriented and dynamic individual.
  • At least 5 years Experience in Management / support role ( Preferably in Engineering Support) with interaction with customers.
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Good Presentation skills are expected.
