The selected persons should - Visit construction sites in the all provinces and to report the physical progress. Be able to use motor cycle and if owned will be an advantage. Nave a mobile phone with facilities to transmit digital images. Be able to undertake long hours of work, extensive travel, if necessary all 07 days and if needed to stay night with minimum comfort.
