Monitoring Officcer

Able to visit construction sites and reporting the physical and financial progress. Able to interpret condition of contract and advice the construction contracts. Meeting with Employers, Consultants and Contractor Staff regularly and to share knowledge in project implementation Assist to avoid disputes during the tenure of the contact. Should familiar of the overall construction activities 03 or more years of experience, in managing contracts, reporting writing ability to act as a trainer, able to travel . Should have own transport, prefer a motor cycle and able to travel far distance
