Qualifications and experience

 A degree in HRM or a relevant professional qualification
 Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a Managerial position in HR
 Fluent in English
 Should possess a good knowledge in over all HR functions

 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned
 Support current and future business needs through development,
 Nurture a positive work environment.
 Manage the recruitment and selection process
 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
