having manufacturing & marketing locations at Nattandiya and Ratmalana in Sri Lanka. We also have
Glass containers manufacturing facilities in India & USA and marketing setup at Brazil & France. PGP

areas.
We are looking for experienced & performance oriented individuals to fill the vacant position existing
at our glass manufacturing plant at Horana.

Qualifications & Experience
e BSc. in Engineering
e Practical Experience in leading DMAIC/ Lean/ FIP/ TPM/ Kaizen/ TQM projects
e Certified Black belt from reputed institute is desirable
e MBAis desirable
e Certifications in DnA space like Python, Data analytics is desirable
e Working experience of 8 + years in manufacturing organizations
Key Responsibilities
e Identification of improvement opportunities & convert them into projects
e Lead the teams for DMAIC / FIP/ Lean/ Kaizen projects to deliver the targeted savings across
functions
e Complete improvement projects end to end- Identification, conceptualization, cost benefit
analysis, stakeholder management, budgeting, implementation
e Train the teams on different methodologies- Lean/ Six sigma/ TPM/ TQM/ X Matrix
e =6Establish & sustain the improvements thru periodic assessments of teams/ functions on various
improvement parameter
e Coordinate with India Plants for Horizontal Deployment through Inter Plant pillar meetings
e Drive digital improvement initiatives strategically across plant thru Data & Analytics
e Influence teams to generate new ideas, new thinking & come up with new projects
e Monitor savings accrued regularly & Coordinate with Finance for validation
e Drive breakthrough improvements by driving pillars
e Prepare MIS & project progress reports for various management reviews regularly
e Participate in external competitions & create brand value for department & organisation
e Drive Analytics projects as a translator by using Data & Analytics
e Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
e Liaoning with external technology providers, Suppliers, contractors
