You will be exposed to all areas of HR function and will be assigned responsibilities /assignments periodically through the training plan.

The Applicant should possess:

•A Degree with a first class or second upper class in Management or equivalent professional qualifications from a recognized institute.( Professional qualification in HR would be highly recognised)

•A minimum of 1 year experience /exposure in HR field in reputed organisation will be a distinct advantage.

•High level of understanding of modern HR practices

•Strong leadership and motivational skills

•Resilient in IT skills, in particular knowledge in MS Office.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
