Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management. 3 - 4 years experience in a similar capacity. Knowledge of HR processes for all elements of the employment lifecycle. Experience in working with HR Systems / multiple platforms. Evidence of self motivation and proactive approach necessary. Strong communication and customer service skills.
