Lead Associate - HR (UK working hours)

Requirements;
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management.
3 - 4 years experience in a similar capacity.
Knowledge of HR processes for all elements of the employment lifecycle.
Experience in working with HR Systems / multiple platforms.
Evidence of self motivation and proactive approach necessary.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Project).
Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously where required.
