Junior / Sales Executives (Bancassurance)

Principle Accountabilities

• Explore potential customer’s financial needs in life-related insurance/investment within the Bancassurance channel, offer appropriate insurance product to customers and gain agreement to purchase
• Achieve set sales objectives by actively promoting life insurance products to recognised banking partners
• Establish, maintain and grow business relationships with bank partners, prospective and existing clientele
• Engage in promotional activities to solicit new businesses

The Applicants should possess:

• A highly ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills (multi lingual capability will be an added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales (experience in Insurance will be a distinct advantage)
• 2 passes in A/Ls or 2 years of service in a reputed organisation (a degree / part or full professional qualification in marketing/ management/commerce streams will be highly recognised) 
• Flair for sales with a positive attitude
