Qualifications & Skills required - Should have passed G.C.E. (A/L) examination or higher. Should have completed a Higher Diploma in IT in a recognized institution. Sound knowledge in latest Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server OS and Linux OS. Knowledge on Active Directory, Mail Server Configuration, Antivirus, File Server patch management, Web Server etc.
