A Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution in Human Resource Management. Previous experience in similar role will be a distinct advantage. Flair for public relations and friendly disposition towards dealing with people. Excellent communication skills together with good negotiation, and problem solving skills. Leadership traits to direct a team towards achieving set goals. Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with a HRIS.
