HR Manager 


JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a pro active  HR Manager with excellent communication skills and leadership skills that can manage and supervise the Human Resource Department. 
The aspiring candidate will oversee HR facets that includes Recruitment and Placement, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits , Employee Relation, Employee Engagement, Labor law and Legal compliance, and Employee satisfaction. The company needs an experienced candidate who can also help to develop and implement HR Strategies, policies and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, ensure to attract and retain top talent for customer support, telemarketing and technical support roles. 
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives 
  • Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with Sri Lankan labor law
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies including health insurance to establish competitive programs, and ensure compliance with the legal requirements. 
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related fields
  • Proven experience of HR Manager or similar HR leadership
  • With Extensive knowledge and expertise in all HR facets and labor law and compliance requirements 
  • With Strong Leadership, Communication, Couching, Interpersonal, Decision making, and problem solving
