Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
Strong Ieadershi p and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities
Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of management
Computer literate
Willing to work extra hours and weekends if required
