After earning your bachelor's degree in Human Resources or psychology you will have gained at least 3-5 years of work experience
in the field of headhunting in a dynamic environment. You have a good knowledge of recruiting various (and sometimes uncommon)
profiles and you possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala as well as very good MS-Office skills.
