HR- Executive

#Responsibilities 

• Arrange interviews, staff induction programs and update relevant records 

• Update personal files and maintain staff records in accurate manner 

• Maintain staff attendance and OT payment records 

• Maintain statutory documents of staff (EPF/ETF/Gratuity, etc) 

• Organize staff events and sports activities 

• Assist staff with HR related queries and prepare HR related letters and reports 

• Laison with recruitment agencies, insurance, event management and travel companies

#Requirements 

• Full/ Part qualification in HRM 

• Minimum 1 year work experience in similar capacity 

• Team player with a positive attitude to build a career in HRM 

• Excellent command in English and excellent knowledge in MS Office 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Availability to work on weekdays and Saturdays 

• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
