HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Our client is a diversified business conglomerate with a strong presence as a leader and pioneer in the power and energy, retail, industrial, services, leisure, logistics and the real estate sectors in Sri Lanka and beyond. They require a young to become a part of their growing team in Colombo – Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or professional qualification in HRM
  • He/she should have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR domain with 1 year in a similar role.
  • Exposure to PMS process, learning & development process and practices in a large organization is a must. 
  • Excellent command in English 
  • Age below 30 years

Job Role

  • Manage operational aspects of the learning & development process
  • Training need identification, design, development and implementation of training and development programs
  • Manage PMS (Performance Management System) by ensuring adherence to the deadlines of the PMS process
  • Communicate effectively, collect & analyze data for completion of the Performance Management System process

  • A pleasant personality with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
  • Should be energetic, vibrant and enthusiastic
