HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Our client is a diversified business conglomerate with a strong presence as a leader and pioneer in the power and energy, retail, industrial, services, leisure, logistics and the real estate sectors in Sri Lanka and beyond. They require a young to become a part of their growing team in Colombo – Sri Lanka.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or professional qualification in HRM
He/she should have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR domain with 1 year in a similar role.
Exposure to PMS process, learning & development process and practices in a large organization is a must.
Excellent command in English
Age below 30 years

Job Role

Manage operational aspects of the learning & development process
Training need identification, design, development and implementation of training and development programs
Manage PMS (Performance Management System) by ensuring adherence to the deadlines of the PMS process
Communicate effectively, collect & analyze data for completion of the Performance Management System process

A pleasant personality with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Should be energetic, vibrant and enthusiastic
