HR Executive

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in HR or Management with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. He/She should have an excellent command of English and possess strong business writing, presentation and analytical skills. Candidates below the age of 28 years would be preferred.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process. His/Her main duties will include;

  • Building up and maintaining a database of potential candidates
  • Coordinating the selection process
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Preparing notices for employee information
  • Managing social media accounts pertaining to recruitment
  • Preparing reports for management decision making
