Qualifications and experience

  • Degree in HR or any other professional qualification in HR
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & strong follow-up skills
  • Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in written and spoken English/Sinhala.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good in MS office
  • Age below 30
  • Living Close to Moratuwa preferred, but not compulsory.

 

Job Role

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard. Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements. 
  • Prepare information and input for the salary budgets.
  • Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels. 
  • Ensure adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions. Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff.
