We are looking for a self-motivated efficient individual to undertake a variety of administrative duties at the HR department. This is a rewarding opportunity for those are looking to progress in the field of Human Resource Management.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of human resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance

Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leave, etc.)

Liaise with other departments or functions re: HR related matters

Support the HR Manager in recruitment process by greeting candidates, performing checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.

Assist supervisors in performance management procedures

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.

Perform induction / orientation of new recruits

Produce and submit reports on HR activities as required by the management

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in a HR executive / coordinator / administrator role

Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
