Position: HR - Associate 

Location: Colombo 10​

Salary: 30k 
Working Days: Monday – Friday ​
Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM 

Job Profile: 

 
Associate – HR is responsible for assisting the head of HR in smooth execution of overall HR functions

Job Specifications: 

• Full qualification in Certificate Course in HRM.
• ·         Minimum 01 to 02 years’ experience in overall HR functions.
• • Having hands on experience in handling Recruitment function will be a definite advantage.

  •  Good written and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala & English.

  • • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Being an independent and result oriented individual who has the ability to work in a team setup.
