l. GCE A/L and Certificate level in HR or Admin from a recognized institute. 2. Computer literacy. Good communication skill . outgoing friendly personality. strong team player. 3. Knowledge of safety management system. SS. skills of manpower planning. disciplinary procedures etc. 4. Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing trade is added advantage. 5. Knowledge of Sri Lanka Labor Law. 6. Age below 30 years.
