Bachelors Degree in HRM and /or Full/Part Qualifications in PQHRM (IPM) or Advance Diploma in HRM (NIBM). 2 - 3 years working experience in the similar capacity. Able to communicate with all levels of people. Proficiency in all three languages (English /Sinhala/ Tamil) An IT Literate with proven working knowledge in Microsoft Office. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines. Well conversant with the Sri Lankan Labour Laws.
