Head of Operations - Sri Lanka Karting Circuit

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in managing a similar operation or in the hospitality industry, experience in event promotions and marketing would be an additional plus. A passion for karting and/or racing would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of business and management principles (human resources, budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, procurement). Team building, decision-making and people management skills.
